All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies are displayed using the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount that will be charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
The estimated production and delivery time is 10 working days. The period begins from the moment Plastic Forge receives payment to the current account or after confirmation of the completed online purchase. The estimated delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are not currently available or if you received confirmation of the online purchase during the weekend or public holidays..
Products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transport. The buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon receiving the products and to immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or to refuse to accept a shipment that shows visible external damage. The goods are insured against loss during delivery. The buyer is required to sign the delivery note upon receiving the goods, which the delivery service takes as confirmation of receipt. According to Article 32 of the Consumer Protection Act ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 62/2014, 62/2014, 6/2016 - other law, and 44/2018 - other law), the delivery period for goods is 30 days from the date of concluding the distance contract.
Delivery is free for all orders over 10,000.00 dinars, within the territory of the Republic of Serbia, except for Kosovo and Metohija.
